MOOD Travel Club Affiliate Program Policy:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the MOOD Travel Club Affiliate Program, individuals or organizations must have a website, blog, or social media platform related to travel, lifestyle, or similar topics. Applications will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of MOOD Travel Club.
  2. Program Guidelines: Affiliates are required to adhere to ethical practices and promote MOOD Travel Club in a positive and truthful manner. Misrepresentation or false claims about the products or services will result in immediate termination from the program.
  3. Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission based on the sales generated through their unique affiliate links or codes. The commission rate will be outlined in the individual affiliate agreement.
  4. Promotional Materials: MOOD Travel Club will provide affiliates with approved marketing materials, including banners, text links, and promotional codes. Affiliates are encouraged to use these materials for accurate and consistent promotion of MOOD Travel Club.
  5. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of unethical or fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to spamming, cookie stuffing, or engaging in misleading advertising. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
  6. Commission Payments: Commissions will be paid on a regular basis as outlined in the affiliate agreement. Payments will be made via the preferred method chosen by the affiliate during the application process.
  7. Termination: MOOD Travel Club reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violation of the program policy or for any other reason deemed necessary.
  8. Modification of Policy: MOOD Travel Club may modify or update this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and are responsible for reviewing and complying with the updated policy.

By participating in the MOOD Travel Club Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by these policies and guidelines.
