One of the most stunning islands in the Caribbean — full stop. Stingray City is among the most unique shore experiences on earth: a shallow sandbar where wild southern stingrays allow gentle human interaction. Seven Mile Beach is white sand and turquoise water that looks digitally altered even in real life. Grand Cayman is also duty-free, making it one of the best shopping ports in the region.
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Pure Jamaican soul. Dunn’s River Falls — a cascading 600-foot natural waterfall you climb with a group — is one of the most exhilarating shore excursions in the Caribbean. The Blue Hole lagoon, bamboo river rafting, and local jerk cooking experiences round out a port day that hits every sense. Ocho Rios is culturally one of the most powerful ports in the region.
Nassau, Bahamas
The heart of the Bahamas. Colonial architecture, Caribbean nightlife, and a layered history that speaks directly to the African diaspora traveler. Atlantis Paradise Island is minutes from the port. Cable Beach is accessible and stunning. Bay Street offers local shopping and the kind of street energy that makes Nassau feel alive at all hours.

Ocho Rios is one of Jamaica's most established and tourist-friendly port cities. MOOD Travel Club will provide vetted excursion operator recommendations and port navigation guidance to all signed-up travelers before sailing. Staying with organized excursions is recommended for first-time Jamaica visitors.
Grand Cayman's Seven Mile Beach is one of the most stunning stretches of white sand in the entire Caribbean and is easily accessible from port. Stingray City (a shallow sandbar where you can interact with friendly stingrays) is one of the most unique Caribbean shore experiences regardless of your diving ability. The island is also duty-free for shopping.
Georgetown (Grand Cayman) and Nassau are very easily navigated independently with a taxi or on foot. Ocho Rios is best navigated with a vetted shore excursion operator, and MOOD will provide recommendations. Your MOOD cruise advisor will share detailed port guidance after you complete sign-up.

Dunn's River Falls is a 600-foot natural waterfall in Ocho Rios that you climb in a human chain — stepping stone by stone to the top. One of the most widely loved shore excursions in the Caribbean. It requires moderate mobility and you will get wet, but it is absolutely worth it.
