We announce last week’s winner every Friday at MOODTravelClub Instagram Page. Each winner will be contacted via the email they provide. All entrants will receive their discounted T-Shirt & A Trip Deal each Friday after the Grand Prize winner announcement.

 

Weekly Hotel Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Only one prize may be awarded per person per calendar year.

2. How to Enter

• To participate, entrants must purchase an entry to the giveaway.
• Each participant may purchase a maximum of two (2) entries per giveaway period.
• Winners will be randomly selected on a weekly basis from all eligible entries received.
• Entries do not roll over to subsequent weeks.

3. Prize

• The prize consists of a hotel stay as described in the giveaway promotion.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value, except as expressly stated below.

4. Winning Limitations

• Each winner may only receive one hotel stay per calendar year.
• If a person is randomly selected as a winner more than once within the same calendar year, they will not be eligible for a second hotel stay.
• Instead, such individuals will receive a maximum $500 hotel savings credit, which may be applied toward hotel bookings as determined by the sponsor.

5. Non-Winner Rewards

• Entrants who do not win a weekly prize will receive a discount code for $10 or $20 off MOOD merchandise.
• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discount codes cannot be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

6. Prize Substitution

• In the event a winner is disqualified or otherwise ineligible, another entrant may be selected at random.
• The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

7. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or unfairly influence the giveaway will result in disqualification.

8. Liability

• The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with the prize.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the sponsor operates.
