At MOOD Travel Club, all bookings are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our carefully planned travel experiences, accommodations, and services, we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is made.

However, we understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend, we may offer the option to transfer your booking to a future trip or another participant, subject to availability and approval.
