BCC Terms And Conditions - Free Hotel Redemption
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing the Black Cruisers Club VIP Circle upgrade (‘VIP Circle’), you (‘Purchaser’) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This is a one-time, non-recurring purchase made directly through MOOD Travel Club or Black Cruisers Club and does not create any ongoing membership, subscription, or payment obligation beyond the single transaction.
2. What the VIP Circle Includes
The VIP Circle is a pre-voyage experience package available exclusively to Black Cruisers Club members booked on a confirmed BCC group sailing. The VIP Circle is described exclusively through its four experiential components:
- Crew Connection: Pre-sailing access to BCC crew coordination, group communication, and onboard planning assistance
- Discounted VIP Transportation: Group VIP transport coordination to the embarkation port
- Discounted group hotel accommodations
- Welcome Happy Hour: A BCC-hosted included welcome reception prior to or at embarkation (1st drinks on us)
- VIP Dinner Inclusions: Access to BCC-coordinated group dining experience(s) during the voyage (dinner at cost, 1st drinks on us)
- Welcome gift & more
Important: The specific details, timing, venue, and format of each VIP Circle component are subject to change based on Virgin Voyages ship assignments, port schedules, and operational logistics. MOOD Travel Club reserves the right to substitute equivalent experiences where original components cannot be delivered as described. |
3. Eligibility
- Purchaser must be an active Black Cruisers Club member (any membership tier) at the time of purchase
- Purchaser must have a confirmed cabin booking on a BCC group sailing through the official BCC group booking link
- VIP Circle is available one time per sailing per member
- VIP Circle cannot be purchased without a corresponding confirmed BCC sailing booking
4. Purchase & Payment
- The VIP Circle is a one-time, single payment purchase — no recurring charges
- Payment is processed at the time of purchase through the MOOD Travel Club payment platform
- All charges are in US Dollars (USD)
- Purchaser is responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate and current at the time of purchase
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
The VIP Circle purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE once confirmed. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, inability to attend the sailing, cancellation of your Virgin Voyages booking, or schedule conflicts
- The VIP Circle cannot be transferred to another person or applied to a different sailing date
- If MOOD Travel Club cancels or materially reduces the VIP Circle experience due to circumstances within its control, a credit toward a future BCC sailing or VIP Circle purchase may be offered at MOOD Travel Club’s sole discretion — this does not constitute a guarantee of refund
- If the BCC group sailing is cancelled by Virgin Voyages, VIP Circle credits or refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis consistent with Virgin Voyages’ group cancellation policies

6. Force Majeure & Operational Changes
MOOD Travel Club and Black Cruisers Club are not liable for failure to deliver VIP Circle components due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, weather events, Virgin Voyages operational decisions, port authority restrictions, government regulations, public health emergencies, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, MOOD Travel Club will make reasonable efforts to deliver equivalent experiences where possible.
7. Relationship to Virgin Voyages
The VIP Circle is a product of MOOD Travel Club / Black Cruisers Club and is not offered, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Virgin Voyages. Any components of the VIP Circle that take place on a Virgin Voyages ship are subject to Virgin Voyages’ own terms, policies, and operational decisions. MOOD Travel Club is a certified Virgin Voyages First Mate travel agency.
8. Conduct & Community Standards
Participation in the VIP Circle and all related BCC events is subject to Black Cruisers Club’s community standards and code of conduct. MOOD Travel Club reserves the right to deny VIP Circle access to any member whose conduct is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the BCC community values, without refund.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
