BCC Terms And Conditions - Free Hotel Redemption

1. Program Overview

The Free Hotel Redemption incentive (‘Incentive’) is issued by MOOD Travel Club / Black Cruisers Club in partnership with BookVIP.com. By accepting, activating, or redeeming this Incentive, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this document. This Incentive provides complimentary hotel room rate accommodation at participating properties, subject to the restrictions, fees, and conditions described below.

2. Redemption & Activation

Voucher Delivery	3–5 business days from purchase or award
Activation Deadline	Must be activated within 7 days of receiving your voucher
Travel Window	Travel must be completed within 18 months after activation
Advance Notice	Minimum 30 days advance notice required to book
Activation Fee	Prepayment of hotel taxes, government fees, and tourism fees required at activation

To redeem this Incentive, you must activate it online by prepaying the hotel taxes and fees associated with your chosen destination. After activation, log in to the booking portal to search for available participating resorts and hotels at your preferred travel dates. There are no timeshare presentations required (all inclusive upgrades may require additional commitments outside of the standard offers) and no other conditions attached to redemption beyond those stated herein.

3. What Is Included & What Is Not

Included:

Complimentary hotel room rate accommodation at a participating property, valued at up to $350 USD per night
Access to participating properties across available destinations

Not Included (Recipient’s Responsibility):

Airfare and all transportation to and from the destination
Resort fees, where applicable (these are paid directly to the property at check-in — disclosed at booking)
Food, beverages, and gratuities
All personal, miscellaneous, and incidental expenses
Room upgrades (unless pre-selected and paid for at time of booking)

Resort fees are now common worldwide. Examples: Orlando FL $5–$13/night; Las Vegas $16–$38/night. These fees cover amenities like WiFi, local calls, and resort facilities and are paid directly to the property at check-in. Applicable resort fees will be disclosed when you select your hotel and travel dates.

4. Eligibility & Household Rules

One (1) Incentive redemption per customer per calendar year — no exceptions
One (1) Incentive per household, per destination per lifetime — the destination can only be redeemed once per household

GROUP TRAVEL IS NOT PERMITTED: Only one incentive per household is allowed. MOOD Travel Club will only honor one incentive per family, friends, acquaintances, or known groups traveling on the same, similar, or adjoining arrival and departure dates
If you have been awarded more than one Incentive, you may only redeem one every 12 months per household
Minimum of one (1) occupant must be 21 years of age or older
Room accommodations are for a maximum of 2 adults; some properties may allow up to 2 additional children under age 12 based on room type and bed configuration
Adding children to your search will reduce the number of available hotel choices

5. Geographic & Date Restrictions

The recipient must reside at least 100 miles (160 kilometers) away from the chosen destination resort — if not, a different destination from the available options must be selected
Reservations are based on availability and are NOT guaranteed during: major holidays, resort special events, or peak travel dates
Weekend reservations may incur a small additional surcharge
Check-in is available 7 days a week

6. Booking, Changes & Cancellations

ACTIVATION IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once travel dates are confirmed, NO CHANGES are permitted
Cancellations after dates are confirmed will result in FORFEITURE of all activation fees paid — no exceptions
No-shows will also result in forfeiture of activation fees
This Incentive cannot be combined with any other hotel stay, promotional vacation offer, or similar incentive
The hotel bed configuration and room type are subject to availability at check-in unless a room upgrade was pre-selected and paid for

The inventory used for these accommodations is not as flexible as standard retail booking. Once dates are confirmed, changes and cancellations are not allowed. Please plan carefully before confirming your travel dates.

7. Check-In Requirements

The main reservation holder must present: (1) a valid government-issued photo ID and (2) a major credit card or bank debit card bearing a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express logo
This Incentive is issued in the name of the recipient and is non-transferable to any other individual

8. Void & Prohibited Conditions

This Incentive is VOID if: bartered, purchased by the recipient from a third party, discontinued, used in a prohibited jurisdiction, or if any material misrepresentation is made in the redemption process. This Incentive has no cash surrender value.

9. Right to Substitute

MOOD Travel Club and BookVIP.com reserve the right to offer hotels of equal or similar value with Incentive holder approval if the originally selected property is unavailable due to inventory limitations.
