BCC Free Cabin Terms And Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Black Cruisers Club Free Cabin Incentive (‘Incentive’) is a group booking reward offered by MOOD Travel Club on eligible BCC group sailings aboard Virgin Voyages Lady Ships. When a minimum cabin threshold is reached for a single qualifying BCC group sailing, one (1) complimentary cabin credit is triggered, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

This Incentive is earned — not guaranteed. The free cabin credit only triggers when the 20-cabin minimum is confirmed and paid for on a single qualifying BCC sailing. No minimum, no cabin.

2. Threshold Requirement

Minimum Cabins Required	20 confirmed, paid cabins on a single BCC group sailing
Sailing Scope	One (1) specific sailing date — cabins cannot be combined across multiple sailings
Booking Channel	All 20 cabins must be booked through the official BCC group booking link
Trigger Confirmation	MOOD Travel Club will confirm in writing when the threshold has been met
One Incentive Per Sail	Only one (1) free cabin credit is triggered per qualifying sailing regardless of group size beyond 20

The 20-cabin minimum must consist of confirmed bookings that have passed Virgin Voyages’ deposit or full payment requirements applicable to the group rate in effect at the time. Cabins that are placed on hold, not yet deposited, or subsequently cancelled do not count toward the threshold.

3. Eligible Cabins

All 20 qualifying cabins must be booked on the same sailing date and itinerary
Cabins must be booked through the BCC group link — direct Virgin Voyages bookings not made through the BCC group channel do not qualify
Cabin categories eligible toward the threshold: Sea Terrace, Insider. RockStar Suite bookings may count toward the threshold at MOOD Travel Club’s discretion but are evaluated separately (No lock-it in rates).
Duplicate bookings, test bookings, or bookings under false identity are disqualifying

4. The Free Cabin Credit What It Is

Upon confirmed threshold achievement, MOOD Travel Club receives or applies a group amenity cabin credit from Virgin Voyages as part of the group booking arrangement. This credit is:

Applied at MOOD Travel Club’s discretion to: (a) offset costs for the group organizer / lead booker, (b) be awarded as a cabin credit to a designated BCC member, or (c) be used to offset group event costs that benefit the sailing community
Equivalent to a cabin credit at the base category rate applicable to the group booking — not necessarily a RockStar Suite or premium cabin
Non-transferable to cash or credit outside of the sailing it is associated with
Subject to Virgin Voyages’ group booking policies, which govern how complimentary berths are earned, issued, and applied

The specific application of the free cabin credit is determined by MOOD Travel Club in consultation with the group organizer. There is no guarantee that the credit will be allocated to any specific individual member. MOOD Travel Club’s decision regarding allocation is final.

5. Cancellations & Threshold Maintenance

If cancellations reduce the confirmed cabin count below 20 before the sailing date, the Incentive is voided and no cabin credit is issued
If the threshold is met, then drops below 20 due to cancellations, and subsequently returns to 20+ through new bookings before the sailing date, the Incentive may be reinstated at MOOD Travel Club’s discretion
Cancelled cabins may not be replaced with cabins booked after the group’s final payment date

6. Timing

The threshold count is evaluated as of Virgin Voyages’ final group payment date for the applicable sailing
MOOD Travel Club will confirm threshold achievement no later than 30 days prior to the sailing date
The free cabin credit will be applied or communicated no later than 21 days prior to the sailing date

7. Relationship to Virgin Voyages

The Free Cabin Incentive is a group booking benefit negotiated between MOOD Travel Club (as a certified Virgin Voyages First Mate agency) and Virgin Voyages. The terms under which Virgin Voyages issues complimentary berths are governed by Virgin Voyages’ group booking policies, which are subject to change. MOOD Travel Club will communicate any material changes to this Incentive structure to BCC members as soon as practicable.

8. Limitations

Only one (1) free cabin credit per qualifying sailing, regardless of how far the group exceeds the 20-cabin minimum
This Incentive applies to one sailing at a time — it does not accumulate or carry forward to future sailings
MOOD Travel Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Incentive program with 30 days’ notice to BCC members
