There is a $25.00 research fee for quotes - UNLESS a MOOD Travel Deal and there are no changes to the itinerary requested, then there is no fee.

Large groups of 10 or more is $50.00.

The fee is due at time of submission of this form, and is REFUNDABLE once you complete your booking and depart for your scheduled trip .

All packages have to be manually put together, and it is very time consuming researching deals. We arevery passionate about what we do, and love doing it, but due to high demands of previous quotes from clients that weren't serious about booking, this lead us to charge for our time spent researching packages.

However, once you travel, we will refund your research fee as we are excited to welcome you to your next adventure!
